ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Artwork for your project needs to be complete and in a usable format. The following are acceptable:
*Clean black and white camera ready. Faxes, business cards, letterhead, and yellow page ads are not camera ready and will incur additional art charges to make production ready.
*IBM formatted disks with files in these formats: .AI, .EPS, .CDR (Corel), .DXF & .PLT.
*All type must be converted to paths or as curves when saving a file for us to use. Outlines created with pen outline tool in these programs can't be used. Please save your artwork in more than one format.
*All vector lines that overlap should be welded.
*Artwork for digital printing should be at the final size, at least 150 DPI, and in these formats: .TIFF, .PSD (Photoshop), .PNG, .PDF or .JPEG.

COLOR MATCHING
Any color than our standard colors will require a matching charge of $35.00 per color. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A PERFECT MATCH due to varying compatibility of surfaces, materials, inks, paints, adhesive vinyls and industry related color availability. If color matches are critical, please submit PMS number with artwork. Color matching charges apply to repeat orders.

PRODUCTION TIME
The estimated production time will be listed on your quote. Lead time is indicated by the number of working days to produce your project. Saturday and Sunday are not normal working days. Production time does not begin until we have received complete usable artwork or have finalized new art with approved proofs. Productions times are approximate and are subject to change after review of clients artwork.
